All commissions will be paid for via KOFI & in GBP, NOT USD.If in the event Paypal is being used, 100% of the payment up front - however I can accept 50/50 (at start & end). Please do not send any money until instructed to.Tips are non-refundableDo not request a commission when you know you cannot afford it. Repeated inability to pay/ceasing communication to ''cancel'' the commission/requesting a refund multiple times will result in a ban from buying any of my services.If the commission has been fully completed, you cannot request a refund and 0% of the payment will be refunded.Once the commission has progressed past the sketch stage, only 50% of the payment can be refunded to you. Only if the commission has not yet been started can you request a full refund.In the event of me creating multiple designs for you to choose from (eg: cutiemarks), you cannot claim/use any of the "rejected" or "left over" designs. Only the one you choose & pay for is the one you are entitled to. If you wish to claim additional designs i have come up with, you must pay for them.No inappropriate or controversial flags on ref sheets or headshot icons e.g: zoophile flags, etcYou are not permitted to edit, trace, or otherwise change the finished artwork.Your commission will begin up to one week from receipt of initial payment. The final piece will aim to be delivered within a further three to four weeks, depending on feedback and amendments. This can take longer depending on the size.If you have paid the rush fee & specified your deadline, I will guarantee to complete your commission well before then & make your order my priority.I reserve the right to sign and/or watermark my own work. I will send you a full resolution image (by email), but my signature will remain on both the full resolution and smaller versions of the artwork.I am not financially responsible for clients relationships/friendships etc, refunds will not be issued in the case of a character changing owners, being "taken back", etc. Do not involve me in your personal affairs as there is nothing I can do.I retain all copyright over my work, which includes the right to post, reproduce, or use the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion unless otherwise agreed upon.I hold the right to refuse selling a commission to anyone.I hold the right to request I stay anonymous as the works author, should I choose.do not claim my work as your own.

I do not use bases for my show accurate G4 ponies+90% base price per extra character added to any commission+20% base price for added detailed or excessive outfit/props/accessories. mobility aids not included unless particularly complex.What counts as "detailed outfits & props"? Examples of a detailed outfit would be any fullbody clothing on the pony, such a princess dress, or a large & highly detailed accessory such as a sunhat covered in flowers. An example of a prop could include a saddlebag, a decorative cane, or large headphones.My rush fee is always +20% of the commission price.All commissions will have a plain solid colour or very simple background - unless they are a scene.All prices indicate the initial minimum starting amount, and may increase based on the level of detail, size, & complexity.

I may sometimes use poses from the show as reference, but the actual ponies are all drawn by me. I do not use bases, unless they are ones I have made myself.

Please do not send any money until instructed to.All adopts will be paid for in GBP, NOT USD.If you are using Kofi to pay for an adopt via normal donation instead of the shop page, please state that somewhere in the payment note.If you have owned the character for 1 month or more, you are permitted to resell them, however it cannot be resold for more than what you purchased it for, unless they have additional artwork (to prevent buyers from "flipping" designs).Repeatedly claiming/bidding on a design, and then retracting, will result in an eventual ban from buying my adopts.Trading the adopt for artwork or giving them away is permitted.You can request a hold (2 designs max per person) if you are not able to pay that moment.
I can hold a design for 3 days maximum.If you do not get back to me within 24 hours of showing interest (and you have not asked for a hold), and somebody else requests to purchase the same design/outbids you, I will sell it to them instead. Messaging or commenting first =/= claimed.when contacting me about holding a design, please consider your phrasing or I may not realise you are asking to reserve them:

Disclaimer:✦ Any resemblance to existing characters, other peoples OC's, adopts from my previous batches, or other canon characters from alternate franchises, is purely coincidental. I have created hundreds of designs at this point, so there are bound to be similar ones on occasion.I would never purposely take inspiration from someone elses existing design - I create my own adopts randomly with no prior planning. If in the event I have created something much too similar to an existing OC, I have absolutely no issue changing what I have made! I only ask that you please message me privately to discuss the matter first, as it would surely be a mistake on my part and not malicious in any sense. The likeness of the design would also have to be considered so strong you could plausibly mistake the two for eachother. Thank You.
